Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  We will accept back any item that is within 30 days of purchase and has not been worn and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in new condition.   If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Please keep your tracking number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval of rejection of your refund.  As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should be no issue.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@fbsavage.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
